Introducing Audio d-touch: A Tangible User Interface for Music Composition and Performance
This research focuses on a tangible user interface (UI) that allows users to create music. Unlike previous studies, this design does not require expensive or complex machinery. In the melody version, users can place blocks representing various musical notes on printed staff notation to produce sound. Similarly, there are also versions for drums and synthesizers that work on a similar principle.
